Codabix Hedgesoc IoT
Hedgesoc acts as an Industry 4.0 gateway and enables the connection of up to five identical and different components, devices and systems via the supported protocols. The integrated OPC UA Server allows up to five OPC UA Clients and an unlimited number of Clients to access the connected participants via HTTP(S) via REST API, REST JSON API and SignalR API.

Codabix Hedgesoc Edge
In the Edge version, Hedgesoc is an Industry 4.0 gateway and smart data router that combines the possibilities of Industrial IoT with those of a smart Edge solution. It supports the connection of up to five identical and different components, devices and systems via open and proprietary protocols. A further five heterogeneous data sources/sinks in the form of databases and files also find the necessary connectivity here. Hedgesoc Edge also provides an integrated scripting environment for your own business processes so that you can implement your own know-how accoring to individual requirements.
Once defined, each data piont, whether from a participant or from the company's own business logic, can be consumed directly via the integrated OPC UA Server with up to five OPC UA Clients simultaneouly. Thanks to smart data processing, the freely modelable data structures can then also be used interactively with an unlimited number of additional Clients via HTTP(S) via REST API, REST JSON API and SignalR API in an unlimited number of other Industry 4.0 Edge scenarios.

Codabix Hedgesoc Data Hub
As a Data Hub, Codabix Hedgesoc connects the interfaces between the top- and shopfloor, acting as an Industry 4.0 gateway and smart data router. The extensive number of supported connectivity solutions enables it to be used as a data hub including crucial (artificial) logic. It supports the connection of up to 50 identical and different components, devices and systems via open and proprietary protocols. These can also be coupled with up to 50 additional passive participants in various database and file systems.
To finalize the digitalization and the realization of Industry 4.0, the Data Hub provides an integrated scripting environment for the own know-how to control and regulate processes according to years of experience. The connection of processes and modules of a trained AI can be implemented directly via the integrated OPC UA Server with up to 50 OPC UA Clients simultaneously. For visualization, whether classic offline or online, partially virtual (AR) or completely virtual (VR), the data structures can be structured according and prepared for graphical display. To retrieve this data, an unlimited number of additional Clients can be used via HTTP(S) via REST API, REST JSON API and SignalR API.
